We welcome your interest in studying with us to complete your high school studies and cater for years 7 through to year 12.
Step 1
Documentation
Please ensure you have the following documentation available before you start:
- Student Birth certificate
- VISA documents
- School report – most recent
- Specialist reports – e.g. Psychological Assessment, Occupational Therapy, Court Orders etc.
- Religious documents – e.g. Baptism certificate
Please note Application for Admission is an expression of interest and does not guarantee enrolment.

Step 3
Letter of Offer
You may receive a Letter of Offer for enrolment at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College for your preferred year of entry. Offers are made according to the date of application.
Complete and return your Enrolment Form with an enrolment fee to secure your place at OLSH.
Step 4
Confirmation of Enrolment
Once payment is received, a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare Form CAAW Letter (if applicable) will be issued for the VISA approval.
Inform College of arrival date prior to English Course start date, if applicable.
