Enrolment Process
We are delighted that you are considering Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College for your daughter’s education. Our admissions team is always available to answer any questions you have.

The following provides an overview of the four-step involved in a successful enrolment.
Step 1
Documentation
Please ensure you have the following documentation available before you start:
- Student Birth certificate
- Australian Citizenship documents/ or VISA documents
- School report – most recent
- NAPLAN results – most recent
- Specialist reports – e.g. Psychological Assessment, Occupational Therapy, Court Orders etc.
- Religious documents – e.g. Baptism certificate

Step 2
Complete the Application Form

Step 3
Enrolment Interview
An appointment time will be arranged for you to meet the Principal. This is the first step in us getting to know you and your family.
Step 4
Letter of Offer
You may receive a Letter of Offer for enrolment at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College for your preferred year of entry. Offers are made according to the date of application.
You will then receive an Enrolment Form to submit.
Complete and return your Enrolment Form with an enrolment fee of $150 to secure your place at OLSH.
